• Premium Living Quarters: Lined roof throughout, tiles in the living area, double-insulated living walls, caravan windows above the table/benchtop, and 2 x external ½ access doors into front seating (with under-seat storage).
• Smart Bedding: 1 x Top bunk bed & 1 x Bottom bunk bed with a collapsible/extendable table.
• Storage & Tack: Wardrobe cupboard or shower cubicle, fully enclosed rug rack, cupboards (including overhead storage along the float wall), and a dedicated tack box on the extended drawbar.

We install a 4mm thick structural aluminum plate securely into the chassis as a permanent safeguard.

Here is how our industry-leading floor matrix is built from the ground up:

1. Reinforced Chassis: We use heavy-duty square tubing (never cheap angle bar) across the width of the float at tight 500mm intervals.
2. Cross-Bracing: Angle bars run lengthwise to brace the square tubing, creating an ultra-strong, chessboard-like framework.
3. The Armor Layer: The 4mm aluminum plate is secured to the steel framework.
4. The Core: A 22mm thick honeycomb panel is laid over the aluminum.
5. The Finish: A thick, non-slip rubber mat covers the surface.

Every single layer is glued and sealed down to ensure a 100% waterproof finish. It is completely sealed, incredibly easy to wash out regularly, and massively reduces road noise for a quieter, stress-free ride for your horses.

We use a Partially Aluminium Construction to deliver the absolute best of both worlds:

• Steel Framework & Chassis: Retains raw steel where structural flexibility, strength, and pure durability are required.
• Aluminium Exterior Cladding: We use thick, corrugated aluminum sheeting on all non-structural components. This completely eliminates the risk of rust and slashes the overall towing weight.
• Natural Climate Control: Unlike steel, which acts like an oven by absorbing and trapping heat, aluminum rapidly dissipates it. The walls of our floats remain cool to the touch, ensuring your horses stay comfortable and safe even on scorching summer days.
