Our Standard Range is the foundation of the Gladiator name, engineered for those who demand uncompromising safety and everyday durability. Built on a heavy-duty, fully galvanised & painted chassis with a robust “chess-board” bracing system, these floats are designed to withstand the toughest road conditions. We use high-strength, rust-proof aluminium cladding for the body panels, which not only lessens the total weight but also acts as a natural heat-dissipator, keeping your horses significantly cooler than standard steel floats.

Safety is our priority: every unit features our “guaranteed-safe” floor, consisting of a 4mm aluminium plate, 22mm honeycomb core, and non-slip rubber, creating a waterproof, super-strong, and noise-reducing environment. As a family-owned business, we personally inspect every build during final assembly to ensure that structural integrity—from the dual-axle electric brakes and breakaway system to the pop-up vents and fully padded dividers—meets our exacting standards.
